GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Orrenex s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of Czech Republic, with its registered address at Rybna 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the social casino platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of the Service

4. Account Registration
4.1 In order to access certain features of the Service, Users must create an account.
4.2 During registration, Users must provide a valid and active email address.
4.3 No additional personal information is required for account registration.
4.4 Users agree that all information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
4.5 Each User is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) account.
4.6 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including passwords.
4.7 Users must not share their account credentials with any third party.
4.8 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a User’s account.
4.9 The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account if it determines that:
- these Terms have been violated;
- fraudulent or abusive behavior has occurred;
- the integrity of the Service may be compromised.
5. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods
5.1 The Service may include a virtual currency known as LCOI (“Virtual Currency”).
5.2 Virtual Currency is provided solely for entertainment purposes within the Service.
5.3 Virtual Currency does not have any real-world monetary value.
5.4 Virtual Currency cannot be:
- exchanged for real money;
- redeemed for prizes, goods, or services;
- exchanged for cryptocurrency or gift cards;
- withdrawn or cashed out;
- traded, sold, or transferred outside the Service.
5.5 Virtual Currency has zero monetary value both inside and outside the Service.
5.6 The Company does not provide any mechanism for:
- cash-out;
- redemption;
- withdrawal;
- conversion into anything of value.
5.7 All Virtual Currency remains the exclusive property of the Company.
5.8 Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Virtual Currency solely within the Service.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Credits
6.1 The Company may provide promotional bonuses at its sole discretion.
6.2 Upon successful registration, Users may receive a Welcome Bonus consisting of 10000 coins (LCOI).
6.3 Users may also receive a Daily Login Bonus consisting of 10000 coins (LCOI).
6.4 The Daily Login Bonus is granted when a User logs into the Service once during a new calendar day.
6.5 Daily bonuses do not accumulate. If a User fails to log in on a particular day, the bonus for that day will be forfeited.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program at any time without prior notice.
7. Payments
7.1 Users may voluntarily purchase additional Virtual Currency within the Service.
7.2 All payments are processed in AUD.
7.3 Users may not purchase Virtual Currency in amounts smaller than the available purchase packages.
7.4 Virtual Currency purchases are optional and intended solely to enhance entertainment within the Service.
7.5 Prices and available purchase packages may be modified by the Company at any time.
7.6 Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, or payment processing fees associated with their purchases.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 All purchases of Virtual Currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
8.2 By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges that Virtual Currency:
- has no monetary value;
- cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value;
- cannot be withdrawn from the Service.
8.3 Refund requests may only be considered in cases involving:
- unauthorized transactions;
- payment processing errors;
- technical issues resulting in failed delivery of Virtual Currency.
8.4 Refund requests must be submitted to the Company’s customer support within 14 days of the transaction.
8.5 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests.
8.6 If a refund is issued, the corresponding Virtual Currency may be removed from the User’s account.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only. While certain features of the Service may simulate casino-style gameplay, the Service does not offer real gambling. No real-money wagering, betting, or the opportunity to win real money is available.
9.2. We are committed to promoting responsible use of the Service. Users are encouraged to:

10. Prohibited Activities

d) creating multiple accounts;

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13.2 The Company will review complaints and respond within 10 business days.
13.3 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic.
13.4 Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
